Using Reach Falcon
You must be legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate account information, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and connected mailboxes.
Acceptable outreach
You may use Reach Falcon only for lawful, relevant outreach. Do not send deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, malicious, or unsolicited bulk content that violates applicable anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, or platform rules. Honor unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests promptly.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content and data you upload. You grant Reach Falcon the limited permission needed to host, transform, and deliver that content for the service. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis required to use submitted URLs, images, contact data, and email content.
Plans, limits, and availability
Plans include usage limits for images, contacts, AI changes, and email sends. Limits may reset monthly and may differ by plan. We may modify or discontinue beta, planned, or coming-soon features. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that create security risk, violate these terms, abuse third-party services, or expose Reach Falcon or others to legal or reputation harm. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
Reach Falcon is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, or deliverability outcomes. You remain responsible for campaign strategy and legal compliance.
