Information we collect
We collect account information you provide through Google sign-in, contact details and CSV fields you upload, campaign and image-generation settings, connected mailbox metadata, billing records when payments are enabled, and technical data needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate your account, provide personalized image and campaign features, enforce plan limits, answer support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Public URL captures
Reach Falcon processes only publicly accessible URLs submitted by users. We do not intentionally bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, robots restrictions, or access controls. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to process and contact the people in your lists.
Service providers
We may use vetted infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, storage, screenshot, and payment providers to operate Reach Falcon. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service and are governed by their own data protection terms.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes described here. We use access controls, row-level database security, encrypted transport, and restricted administrator access. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You can disconnect mailboxes and stop campaigns from your workspace.
