Free plan
The Starter plan does not require a payment card. No refund is applicable to free access.
Paid subscriptions
When paid billing launches, subscriptions will be charged at the start of each billing period. You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent a future charge. Access normally remains active through the end of the paid period.
Refund eligibility
Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins. We will review duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or prolonged service failures caused by Reach Falcon. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.
Annual plans
Annual plans include a discounted monthly equivalent and are billed for the full year. Canceling stops the next annual renewal but does not automatically create a partial refund for unused months.
How to request help
Contact us within 14 days of the charge with your account email, invoice reference, and a short explanation. Do not include card numbers or banking credentials. Submit the request through our contact page.
